Delete your KOSMO account

You can delete your account at any time. It happens at once and cannot be undone.

In the app

  1. Open KOSMO and tap “Settings” at the bottom.
  2. Tap “Delete account”.
  3. Type DELETE to confirm.

No longer have the app?

Write to cityandpeopleapp@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We delete it within 30 days, usually much sooner, and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account, profile, photos, mood board, likes, your chats and the messages and photos in them, people and categories you deleted, and your device tokens. Your email address is free again right away.

What is kept

Reports you made about others are kept without any link to you until they are handled. Messages you sent us through “Contact us” are deleted after 12 months at the latest. Details: privacy policy.
